Aug 14 People Skills: Making Relationships Work and Leveraging Strengths
This two day session, led by Tom Champoux , President of the Effectiveness Institute (retired) incorporates Tom’s 42 years of experience in working with, coaching and developing Senior Leaders in both the public and private sectors. While accomplishing the goal is what team members are hired and paid to do; motivating, developing and inspiring people and building a culture where trust, respect and dignity are the foundation of interactions are the cornerstones of that effort. The big question is HOW does one do that? It starts with self. The more I understand about myself, the more options one has to become a Difference Maker in teams and relationships.

Lunch is included for both days.
